Code reviser’s note: Per Ord. 957 § 6: “This Ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 2020. The prohibition in section 2 [TMC 8.27.030] shall become effective as to takeout or to-go containers and stirrers 90 days after the ordinance effective date. The prohibition in section 2 [TMC 8.27.030] shall become effective as to all other items of disposable service ware, with the exception of cups and lids for hot and cold beverages, 180 days after the ordinance effective date.”
