8.27.030 Distribution of disposable food service ware derived from plastic or bioplastic prohibited.

A. No food vendor shall provide, distribute, or sell individual items of disposable service ware made of plastic or bioplastic to its customers.
B. Nothing in this section precludes food vendors from using or making alternatives available to customers. Alternatives to items such as stirrers and cutlery shall only be provided upon request by the customer. [Ord. 957 § 2, 2019.]
