A. A food vendor may alternatively offer disposable service ware made of paper, hemp, bamboo, wheat, seaweed, fungi, glass, sugar cane, or pasta at the customer’s request.

B. A food vendor may make nondisposable food service ware available for use on site, for an additional charge, or other appropriate collateral.

C. A food vendor may offer a discount to a customer who brings their own durable food service ware. [Ord. 957 § 4, 2019.]
