A. Violations of TMC 8.25.020(A) shall be punishable by a fine of up to $250.00. Every day in which a violation is caused or permitted to exist constitutes a separate violation. The penalty imposed by this section is in addition to and not in lieu of any other penalty imposed by city ordinance.

B. The city will not issue a business license to any violator of this chapter.

C. The city will revoke any business license of any violator of this chapter. [Ord. 913 § 5, 2016.]
