A. Affected businesses seeking to obtain a city business license will be notified of the provisions of this chapter and must agree to comply with its provisions.

B. The city may suspend any existing business license where the holder is in violation of this chapter until the violation is corrected.

C. Violations of TMC 8.27.030 are punishable by the penalties established in TMC 1.15.020. [Ord. 957 § 5, 2019.]
