No person in charge of property shall suffer or permit to remain unguarded upon the premises any machinery, equipment, or other device having the characteristics of an attractive nuisance, or which is liable to attract children. No person in charge of property shall suffer or permit to remain unguarded upon the premises any pit, quarry, cistern, swimming pool, well or other excavation. [Ord. 942 § 14, 2018.]
