A. No person shall install or operate any electric fence, unless it is of a type or manufacture which has been approved in the most current edition of the National Board of Fire Underwriters and as part of agriculture or commercial use allowed under TMC Title 18.

B. No owner or person in charge of property shall construct or maintain a barbed wire fence, or permit barbed wire to remain as part of a fence, along a public right-of-way or private lot; except such wire may be placed above the top of other fencing not less than six feet, six inches high as part of a licensed commercial use.
