The methodology for determining the parks SDC is included as Appendix A* to the ordinance codified in this chapter. Included in the Appendix are Table I, Parks: Fee Calculations; Table II, Parks SDC Application; Table III, Parks: Reimbursement and Improvement Fee; Table IV, Capital Improvement Plan.

The parks system development charge is comprised of three elements: reimbursement fee, improvement fee and the administrative cost recovery. The latter represents the total administrative costs to manage calculations, billing and collection and accounting for these charges.

The actual SDC fees shall be adjusted in March of each year consistent with TMC 13.35.040(B) to account for inflationary cost within the construction industry. [Ord. 791 Art. 5; Ord. 729 Art. 5.]
