The values to be used in calculation of the transportation SDC according to the methodology set forth in TMC 13.40.030(C) through (E) shall be determined from time to time by ordinance of the city council based on available data and planning projections. Cost data shall include estimates of cost or the Engineering News-Record Construction Cost Index for Portland, Oregon, to adjust for changes in the value of facilities since the actual date of construction.

Annual inflationary adjustments shall take place by ordinance of the city council and shall be consistent with the procedures defined in TMC 13.35.040(B). [Ord. 904 Art. 7, 2015; Ord. 790 Art. 7; Ord. 728 Art. 6.]
