All meters will be tested prior to installation. Subsequent to installation, if a customer desires to have the meter serving premises tested, customer shall be required to pay all costs related to the testing. A deposit of $75.00 shall be paid in advance before the meter is removed for testing. Should the test verify that the meter is operating within acceptable limits as defined in TMC 13.05.660, then the owner shall be responsible for the full cost of testing less the deposit.
