A. The city manager shall be responsible for the administration of the public safety act.

B. The city manager shall be responsible for administering appeals to the public safety surcharge under TMC 8.30.090.

C. The city manager is authorized and directed to review the operation of this chapter and, where appropriate, recommend changes thereto in the form of administrative procedures for adoption by the city council by resolution. Such procedures if adopted by the council shall be given full force and effect, and unless clearly inconsistent with this chapter shall apply uniformly throughout the city.

D. The billing to nonresidential units shall be reviewed annually to consider any changes in the number of employees and the number of units will be adjusted when warranted. [Ord. 855 § 1 (Exh. A).]
