This chapter specifies the procedures for accepting, reviewing, approving, denying, or approving with conditions any request for a land use permit, and the procedures for appealing such decisions. This chapter is organized by grouping specific applications under review types, which determine the level of administrative and quasi-judicial review by the city of Talent.
