The granting of a business license for a home occupation shall be, at a minimum, subject to an annual review by the city planner or planning commission. If it is determined that the home occupation requirements are not being completely fulfilled, the city planner may refer said home occupation to the planning commission to review in accordance with the criteria of TMC 18.170.030.
