Structures not fully complying with the provisions of the building code may be temporarily placed on commercial property within the city, if:

A. The structure is at least 10 feet from any adjacent building or structure;

B. The structure is safe for use or occupancy for the purposes intended, and the wiring and plumbing, if any, conform with the requirements of law; and

C. The structure does not remain on the property for more than 120 days; provided, the foregoing shall not apply to buildings less than 30 square feet in area used for guard stations, telephone booths, ticket booths or parking lot attendant booths. [Ord. 408 § 1, 1979.]
