The property owner and/or premises owner is responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing and repair of all BPAs on the premises. When the tenants change, or if plumbing is altered in any way, it is the responsibility of the property owner and/or premises owner to notify the city. [Ord. 649 § 11.]
