The city is not responsible for any reduction in water pressure caused by the installation of a BPA. Oregon Health Division approved double check valve assembly shall have a maximum loss of 10 psi and reduced pressure backflow assemblies shall have a maximum loss of 24 psi. [Ord. 649 § 10.]
