A. A master meter shall be installed as the controlling meter. This installation will include a lockable curb stop before the inlet side of this meter.

B. Effective June 15, 2016, no mobile home park and multifamily dwelling shall be permitted to install individual meters.

C. Definition of Multiple-Family Dwelling. A building or portion thereof, designed or used as a residence by three or more families or individual households, and containing three or more dwelling units, as defined by TMC 18.15.020.
