The water rates for the city of Talent shall be established by resolution adopted by the city council. Said resolution shall be kept on file with the city recorder, and may be amended from time to time as the council deems appropriate. [Ord. 910 Art. 18, § 2, 2016; Ord. 878 Art. 18, § 2, 2015.]
