A. The responsible party shall comply with all laws including environmental laws, regardless of whether the laws are noted or stated in this chapter, the rental agreement or city policy and procedures for the use of the premises.

B. The city must provide consent before any hazardous substances are brought to the premises. Should consent be granted, the applicant shall be responsible for any preventive action, any remedial action, any restoration and repair, and any damages required by the city or by law.

C. All environmental precautions shall be observed, including, but not limited to those related to hazardous chemicals or defined in the material safety data sheets. [Ord. 807 § 6.]
