A. All uses of the Community Center shall require a rental agreement binding the responsible party (and any guarantor required by the city) that includes the fees required and states all the terms and conditions of the use.

B. For uses of the premises that are of an ongoing nature, an agreement stating the specific dates, time and duration of the use shall be maintained on file with the city at City Hall. Such long-term uses shall be reviewed on an annual basis. [Ord. 807 § 5.]
