A. Seven days after the giving of notice required in TMC 8.20.040, or seven days after adoption of a resolution declaring a vehicle to be a public nuisance, as set forth in TMC 8.20.060, the city shall be deemed to have acquired jurisdiction to abate the nuisance and may remove the vehicle by use of city employees or duly authorized independent contractors. It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or refuse to allow such persons to enter upon private property for the purpose of removing a vehicle under the provisions of this chapter.

B. City staff shall, in performing the appraisal, use available published data and reference material as it deems relevant and appropriate. [Ord. 919 § 7, 2016; Ord. 888 § 7, 2015; Ord. 748 § 7.]
