8.20.030 Prohibited action.

Storage of a discarded vehicle upon any private property within the city of Talent is prohibited unless:
A. The vehicle is completely enclosed within a roofed structure or building that meets the setback requirements for its zoning district and the vehicle is not visible from the public right-of-way; or
