No person shall permit the carcass of any animal owned by him to remain upon public property, and no person who is the owner or person in charge of property shall permit the carcass of any animal to remain thereon. It shall be the duty of the owner or person in charge forthwith to cause the carcass to be buried or otherwise disposed of. [Ord. 942 § 4, 2018.]
