8.05.050 Responsibility of owner(s) and/or occupant(s).

The owner(s) and/or occupant(s) of any lot or parcel of land within the limits of the city of Talent shall cut and/or remove noxious vegetation growing thereon, and on adjacent and abutting rights-of-way throughout the year in accordance with TMC 8.05.030. [Ord. 925 § 5, 2016.]
