There is hereby imposed on amusement devices taxed under this chapter an annual tax of $50.00. Effective January 1, 1986, said tax shall be imposed on all amusement devices operated or used within the city of Talent. The tax shall be subject to proration on a monthly basis if the license is acquired after the start of the calendar year. [Ord. 462 § 2.]
