A. A person who objects to a determination issued by the city under this chapter may request an administrative review of the determination by the city manager. The request for review must be in writing, including documentation supporting the request, and be made within 10 days of receipt of the determination.

B. The city manager shall review the request and make a final determination in writing within 15 days of receipt of the review request. The decision of the city manager on review shall be the final decision of the city. [Ord. 959 § 9, 2019.]
