3.35.240 Examining books and accounts of carrier of motor vehicle fuel.

The tax administrator or the tax administrator’s duly authorized agents may at any time during normal business hours examine the books and accounts of any carrier of motor vehicle diesel fuel operating within the city for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
