3.35.100 Remedies cumulative.

Except as otherwise provided in TMC 3.35.110 and 3.35.130, the remedies provided in TMC 3.35.070, 3.35.080 and 3.35.090 are cumulative. No action taken pursuant to those sections shall relieve any person from the penalty provisions of this chapter. [Ord. 933B § 1, 2017.]
