All proceeds from the tax imposed by this chapter which are collected between January 1, 2017, and December 31, 2021, will be used solely for city parks. Beginning January 1, 2022, and following a public hearing, the city council may direct that proceeds from the tax imposed by this chapter be used for any city purpose. [Ord. 921 § 8, 2016.]
