Board. The local contract review board as established in TMC 2.30.010.

Contracting Agency. The city of Talent, acting by and through its city manager, or his/her designated representative, shall be the purchasing agent for purposes of contracting powers and duties assigned to the city of Talent under the state of Oregon public contracting powers and duties assigned to the city of Talent under the State of Oregon Public Contracting Code or the Model Rules.
