All transportation utility fees collected by the city shall be paid into the transportation utility fund. All revenues shall be used for the purposes described in TMC 13.65.010.

Transportation utility fees shall not be imposed in amounts greater than those which are necessary, in the judgment of the city council, to provide sufficient funds to properly maintain and improve streets and related transportation facilities. [Ord. 892 § 3, 2015.]
