A. Water SDC shall be due and payable with the building permit fee and before connection to the public water system, or the applicant may submit a bond or other acceptable financial reservation due and payable at the time of building occupancy.

B. To better allow private industry to plan future expansions and better allow the city to plan for water capacity requirements, the city may enter into development agreements which provide defined capacity in the future at specific time intervals. Any deferral of payment for future capacity will be subject to a bond or other guarantee of future payments. [Ord. 956 Art. 7, 2019.]
