Park SDC funds shall be used only to provide park and recreation facilities within the urban growth boundary for which the city is responsible. Funds received shall be deposited in a park and recreation fund and a record kept of the amount paid by each development. Any reimbursement fees collected shall be segregated from improvement fees and shall be expended in accordance with Chapter 13.35 TMC. [Ord. 791 Art. 8; Ord. 729 Art. 8.]
