The land use and traffic projections to be used in the calculation of transportation SDCs shall be based on the projections made in the Cities of Talent and Central Point Combined SDC Study: Report of Findings dated 2005. Any adjustments to the traffic projection made at annual review shall be consistent with the land use projections in the Talent comprehensive plan including the transportation system plan and the buildable lands inventory as well as inventories of land available for development.
