A. Refunds may be given by the city manager upon finding that there was a clerical error in the calculation of the SDC.

B. Refunds shall not be allowed for failure to timely claim credit or for failure to timely seek an alternative SDC rate calculation at the time of submission of an application for a building permit.

C. The city shall refund to the applicant any SDC revenues not expended within 10 years of receipt. [Ord. 792; Ord. 725 § 13.]
