The system development charge imposed by this chapter is separate from and in addition to any applicable tax, assessment, charge, or fee otherwise provided by law or imposed as a condition of development. The nature of an SDC is a charge for service rendered or facilities made available, or a charge for future services to be rendered by facilities to be made available in the future. [Ord. 725 § 2.]
