Violation of any provision of this chapter constitutes an infraction punishable by fine not to exceed $500.00. Each and every connection or occupancy in violation of any provision hereof shall be deemed a separate violation, and each and every day or part of a day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense hereunder and punishable as such.
