The ordinance codified in this chapter shall be known as “Rates, Rules and Regulations for the Operation of the Water Department of the City of Talent, Jackson County, Oregon,” and may be so cited and pleaded. [Ord. 910 Art. 1, § 1, 2016; Ord. 878 Art. 1, § 1, 2015.]
