A. Requests to place signs, markers or inscriptions or for overnight camping in any city park shall be on forms approved by the board of parks and recreation commissioners.

B. The city manager shall issue permits for the placement of signs, markers or inscriptions or overnight camping if approved by the board of parks and recreation commissioners.
