A. An applicant may appeal the decision of the city manager to the council by filing a written request of appeal within 48 hours of the city manager’s decision.

B. The council shall schedule a hearing date, which shall not be later than three days following the filing of the written appeal, and shall notify the applicant of the date and time that he or she may appear either in person or by a representative. [Ord. 955 § 48, 2019.]
