The city manager or his or her designee shall implement the ordinances of the council, or orders of the commission, by installing, maintaining, revolving and altering traffic control devices. The installation shall be based on the standards contained in the “Oregon Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.” [Ord. 955 § 5, 2019.]
