(The term of a commission member for which the commission member has been appointed by the mayor.) Seven commission members shall be appointed by position number running from one to seven, each for a two-year term. Terms will overlap so three commission members’ terms expire on December 31st of the second calendar year after appointment. Candidates for commission will be designated by the number of the commission seat to which they seek; further, one candidate may only apply for one position at the time of a vacancy.
