The secretary shall keep an accurate record of all Together for Talent proceedings, including written minutes of all meetings. A copy of the approved minutes of each Together for Talent committee meeting shall be signed by the chair and delivered to the city recorder for filing, and said minutes shall be a public record and available for public inspection.
