Committee members shall be appointed for a period of two years. A committee member’s term of office shall expire on December 31st of the second year. Any vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the mayor, with the consent of the city council, for the unexpired portion of the term. [Ord. 930 § 3, 2016.]
