Three commissioners shall constitute a quorum. The commission shall meet in a regular meeting not less than once each month. The day and time of such meeting shall be established by the chair. Special meetings may be called by the chair, on the chair’s own motion, or shall be called at the request of two or more commissioners. [Ord. 590 § 7.]
