Three of the voting members of the commission shall constitute a quorum. The parks and recreation commission shall adopt separate rules of procedures consistent with this chapter. The commission meetings shall include at least one regularly scheduled meeting per month, unless canceled at the direction of the chair due to lack of commission business or other good reason. Meetings may be run informally in accordance with the latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order or in accordance with the parks commission bylaws. [Ord. 953 § 8, 2019.]
