This chapter supplements the other requirements of this title. Uses designated as special uses, and uses the city determines to be similar to such uses, are subject to this chapter. Some special use standards contained in this chapter, and others, have a corresponding section in this title. Where standards differ between chapters, the provisions of this chapter apply.
