A. Unless provided otherwise, violations of any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine set by that unit of local government in which the violation has been committed.

B. Violations committed within the jurisdiction of the city of Talent shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $250.00 per incident. [Ord. 907 § 9, 2016.]
