A. Persons are subject to the jurisdiction of that unit of local government in which the violation has alleged to have been committed.

B. Enforcement of this code may be performed by any law enforcement officer whose jurisdictional boundaries include or are adjacent to the Greenway, or by any enforcement personnel as designated by the Greenway authority. [Ord. 907 § 8, 2016.]
