The responsible party shall be responsible for damage to the premises or property that is caused resulting in whole or in part from: the negligence or other torts of the responsible party and any invitee of the responsible party; breach of the responsible party’s obligations under this chapter or the rental agreement or other city requirement; any breach of any contract between the responsible party and any third party concerning goods and services provided to the responsible party for use of the premises; and any other acts or omissions for which the responsible party or any of its invitees causes or fails to prevent or is otherwise responsible or at fault.
